Same-day transfer fee: we charge a supplementary fee of £15 should you expressly ask us to transfer the funds advanced by us to you by way of same-day bank transfer.
In the event that you are in a DMP, IVA or are currently bankrupt you may not apply to us for any financial services or products that we offer on our Site.
In the event that you enter into a DMP or IVA, or are made bankrupt, after you enter into an agreement with us, you must notify us immediately.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
